You can choose to pay the daily rate and no electric or agree to monthly/seasonal discounted rate and have your meter read, this is a commercial khw & includes maintaince, sur charges- customer charge, distribution charge, energy efficiency charge phase iv,solar requirement charge, default support charge, TCJA voluntary surcharge, state sales tax, trans tariff charge, gross receipts tax, state sales tax. If you don't agree we will charge you 69.00 per day x 30+ 2070.00, You will receive 4 days free 1534.00 By signing the rules, you indicated you have read & accepted.

Policies
MONTHLY: Please be advised, effective immediately as of April 1, 2022 LATE FEES will now be applied on the 2nd day after payment is due, if 10 days pass and no promissory note is signed and agreed upon-(or proof of funds on file credit card authorization form filled out)-IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SITE-NO EXCEPTIONS! (LATE FEE AS POSTED IN OFFICE / website IS $100.00) FEES will be posted for gate cards. Unpaid site & electric fees, you will be prosecuted.(removing our propane tanks, you will be prosecuted). You are responsible for your own lawn & weeding. You must shovel, and salt your own sites. Any trailer over 10 years old must be sold outside the campground. A non-refundable fee is required to do a background/ credit check. Your trailer must be skirted in-for winter, all trailers must have a heated hose. You must shovel & salt to your utilities. DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO UTILITIES. We are not responsible for power outages. Please be advised Pocono Vacation Park is not responsible for any injury to our guest, or loss of property, you also must carry insurance.

You rent the site the camper is on and not the surrounding area of the property

SEASONAL: Pleased be advised, effective immediately as of April 1, 2022 If seasonal fee is not paid in full and no promissory note (or proof of funds on file-credit card authorization form filled out) if payment isn't made by said dates, seasonal card will be terminated with 150.00 added. Late fee for seasonal site fee is $150.00 as posted in office and website per month to re-enter the campground. On site storage is only offered to a full paid seasonal. FEES will be listed for gate cards. You must show proof of ID, ID MUST BE ON FILE, proper mailing address, if not done consider this a VIOLATION. Any trailer of 10 years old must be sold outside the campground. A non-refundable fee is required to do a background/credit check to become a seasonal. Sites do not come with the sale or transfer please check with the office. You are responsible for mowing and weeding your site. DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO UTILITIES. We are not responsible for power outages, when you leave you must shut off water, electric, and propane due to outages. NO REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID SEAON. IF YOU SELL YOUR TRAILER, YOU MUST ROLL OVER THE PRE-PAID SEASON INTO YOUR PRICE.

OVER NIGHT/WEEKLY GUESTS: Proper ID must me shown & on file, CHECK OUT is 2pm. All guests & visitors must be registered at office, PVP has the right to refuse or deny any guests or visitors.

VIOLATION: After 2 violations, this is A immediate removal.

POOL: Swim at your own risk, anyone under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No filling baby pools , baby pools are not allowed on sites.

BATHROOM: Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult to use the bathroom facilities.

PETS: Pets must be leashed and dog dirt picked up. Pets are not permitted in the store, rec hall or comfort stations and must not be unattended. A maximum of 2 dogs per sites-unless approved by the office (show dogs). Do not walk pets along the road near sites, we have a large field to walk your dog. Please keep dog on a leash. All owners must have up to date shots for their pets. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR CATS OR KITTENS ALLOWED. Any ferro cats/strays -if you feed them, they belong to you. (You will receive a violation and be asked to leave.) No make shift gates permitted, only rv camping fold away is permitted, you must see office for approval, Anything else will be removed at owners expense.

Pets can only be brought into a designated campground if caged, contained in a vehicle, trailer, motor home or camper, or on a leash. No more than TWO non-caged pets are allowed to stay on any one campsite. Please give the office the dogs shot records, this is your responsibility to do so.

It is important to note that letting your cat roam freely in pocono vacation park is NOT allowed. Letting your cat roam the neighborhood could result in fines and even animal control taking custody of your pet(s).

WE HAVE 9 FERRO CATS that are registered & clipped & fixed, pictures are in the office. ANY OTHER ANIMAL must be on a leash. Cats or kittens taht are outside will be removed to a animal shelter or animal control. If you feed them they become your responsibility as per animal controol. Letting your cat outside is a violation of Pocono Vacation Parks RULES & REGULATIONS ...(you will required to leave).

VEHICLES: Only 2 vehicles per site, they must be must registered at the office. Must have key cards or visitor pass to enter. All vehicles and golf carts, the speed limit is 5MPH. Do not drive thru sites. No washing vehicles in the campground.

GOLF CARTS: Must be registered at office, must be 16 years with proper ID/driver's license. Must pay yearly registration and proof of INSURANCE. Must park by 1:00am. Do not drive thru sites. Electric golf carts only, no gasoline. No ATV's, no mini bikes are to be operated on property. ANY UNREGISTERED GOLF CARTS will be removed at owners expense.

BIKES: All children under 16 must wear a bike helmet. This applies to anyone operating a bicycle, riding as a passenger, or riding in an attached restraining seat or trailer.

RULES: NO SUB-leasing. NO trailer over 10 years old. 2 cars per site, we will not tolerate any customers endangering the welfare to another customer. PVP has now become a gated campground-you must purchase first card for the posted fee at office, and a second key can be purchased. Proper ID must be on file. If lost or stolen the key will be deactivated and you must purchase another key. Absolutely no transferring cards, this will be a violation. We donot allow kiddie pools on site, no trampolines, no swing sets.

SHEDS: Must be plastic, no larger than 7'x7'x8', no electric to sheds. NO WOODEN /ALUMINUM SHEDS (if you have wooden shed or aluminum, when you leave you must remove it or sell it outside the campground.) No washer or dryers in sheds or refrigerators. You must maintain the appearance of the sheds. Please keep them painted & free of mold and dirt. No camping/habitat in sheds. Anything not permitted will be removed at owners exspense.

ROOMS: We only allow snap on rooms attached to your awnings. NO CONSTRUCTION OF ANY KIND. Anything else will be removed at owners expense, if you dont have written permission from the office it will come down at owners expense.

DECKS: Decks must be in small removable sections. You can have a awning, or a fold down roof. NO TARPS or plastic over trailers when in season (April-October). No refrigerators on decks or patio area. Anything not permitted will be removed at owners expense.

ELECTRIC: All wires plugged into our system must be approved extension cords-No HARD WIRES. Any tampering with PVP's electric will be A immediate removal or criminal charges. You chose to pay daily rate with no electric or agree to reference above. Please see current rate in office. A 2% late fee will be applied to unpaid electric bill within a 30 day grace period.

MAINTENANCE OF TRAILER/SITE: You must maintain the appearance of your camper & Sheds (dirt/mold). You must provide a outside service who brings in water to have it power-washed. No clutter, no garbage, no abundance of trinkets, no clotheslines. NO couches, mattresses, refrigerators, recliner, pools, swing sets, box trucks, storage tow trailers, ,no mack shift gates, no gates unless it is a portable fold away camping pet gate.

DUMPSTER: Dispose of garbage at nearest dumpster. Wrap all garbage before placing in dumpster. NO FURNITURE. Green friendly recycled glass, bottles, and boxes can be placed in the proper dumpster labeled. Only biodegradable trash is allowed in park dumpsters. Anyone caught dumping illegal trash will be fined and prosecuted.

COMFORT STATION: No dishes can be washed in the comfort station. NO hygiene/paper products or grease in toilets/sink.

CAMPFIRES: MUST be supervised at all times.

BIKE RIDING: No bike riding after dark.

WI-FI: Wi-Fi is not offered at each site. You must provide your own.

CABLE: We offer free analog cable basic service.

PORPANE: Your personal tanks must be labeled with last name or last name & site#

ACCIDENTS: We reserve the right to refuse serve to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Site is day to day for the number of days on receipt.

ENTERTAINMENT: We only offer entertainment on major holidays. Subject to change.

SITES: Sites must be kept clean, no over abundance of trinkets or any junk. One shed per site, immediate removal if you encroach on another site or property. If you have more than 2 vehicles you must have permission from office. NO TOW TRUCKS OR TRACTOR TRAILERS ALLOWED ON SITES., AND UTILITY TRAILERS-ENCLOSED OR OPEN. NO REFUNDS ON SITES.

USE OF WATER: Power washing can't be done using PVP water supply. REQUIREMENTS: Any power washing service must provide and use their own water source.

VIOLATION: Immediate removal for verbal abuse to any customer or employee at Pocono Vacation Park. We have zero tolerance.

VIOLATION: 2 oral or written violations is a immediate removal. Any trailers abandon and left onsite will be charged with theft of services. Additional removal fees range from 800.00 to 2000.00 based on items left at campsite (pvc piping, skirting, junk, decks, skirting, etc.) Non-Paying customers will be charged with theft of services. We are a family campground and have zero tolerance for any unruly camping. Please READ ALL OUR RULES and regulations, as you will be held responsible!

BACKGROUND/CREDIT CHECK: Required for anyone staying on our property for the month, or season. PVP will not allow anyone who has been charged or convicted of sexual harassment or sexual offense crimes. (background. Credit check will be shredded and not filed)

SITE/STORAGE: The owner of the trailer is fully responsible for any monies owed to the campground.

Once you're a customer , IT IS your responsibility to review rules on website unless otherwise requested paper copy.

AMENDING TITLE 48 (LODGING AND HOUSING) OF THE PENNSYLVANIA OMNIBUS AMENDMENTS-CAMPGROUND OWNERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DENY ACCOMODATIONS (SITE) TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: A PERSON UNWILLING TO PAY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES OF THE LODGING ESTABLISHMENT. THE CAMPGROUND OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE THAT A PROSPECTIVE GUEST DEMOSTRATE THEIR ABILITY TO PAY CASH, CREDIT CAARD OR CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECK.

CAMPGROUND OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY DISORDERLY PERSON(S), ANY PERSON(S) WITH CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, CONSUMPTION OF ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A MINOR, ILLEGAL FIREARMS, A PERSON WHO EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED PER SITE, ANY RULES BROKEN-AS POSTED ON PVP WEBSITE.
